The Used

I The Used sono un gruppo di rock alternativo/emo formatosi nel 2001 a Orem, nello Utah (USA). La band è stata fondata in origine da Branden Steineckert, Quinn Allman e Jeph Howard, a cui si aggiunge dopo diverse audizioni il cantante, Bert McCracken. L’album d’esordio omonimo risale al 2002. Nel 2004 rilasciano il loro secondo album ‘Love and Death’ che riscuote un buon successo di critica. Nel 2006 il batterista Branden Steineckert viene sostituito da Dan Whitesides. Dopo aver dato alle stampe altri quattro album anche il chitarrista Quinn Allman lascia la band e viene sostituito da Justin Shekoski con cui i The Used pubblicheranno il loro settimo album intitolato ‘The Canyon’ ad ottobre 2017.
