Billy Howerdel

William L. Howerdel, detto Billy, è un cantautore, polistrumentista e produttore discografico americano originario di West Milford, nel New Jersey, conosciuto ai più per essere, assieme a Maynard James Keenan, il cofondatore degli A Perfect Circle.
