Howling Giant, in uscita il full-length ‘Glass Future’ ad ottobre

Il trio stoner metal cosmico di Nashville, Tennessee, Howling Giant ha rivelato la title track del suo secondo full-length ‘Glass Future’, la cui uscita è prevista per il 27 ottobre 2023 via Magnetic Eye Records.

Howling Giant commentano il singolo: “L’energia frenetica di ‘Glass Future’ fa parte del tema generale del nostro nuovo disco”, spiega il chitarrista e cantante Tom Polzine. “In passato ci siamo dilettati con canzoni apocalittiche attraverso una lente scifi o fantasy, ma questa volta volevamo esplorare questi temi in modo più immediato. Come l’angelo che cade nella canzone: il mondo è fragile, non fatelo cadere”.

Ogni canzone del secondo album degli Howling Giant , “Glass Future”, racconta la propria storia. Tuttavia, anche senza un concetto generale, tutte potrebbero esistere nello stesso universo. Una costruzione del mondo così astuta e lirica non sorprende se si tratta di un trio di appassionati di fantasy e fantascienza. “Glass Future” chiede a tutti i costi di ispirare un libro o una graphic novel, anche se esplode con energia furiosa e acrobazie fragorose.
